Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Toumba in Thessaloniki, this contemporary multi-level penthouse unfolds as a refined urban residence designed for modern family living. The project explores openness, light, and spatial continuity while embracing expansive views across the city and toward the Thermaic Gulf.
The architectural composition is defined by clean geometries, soft neutral tones, and carefully curated materials.
A dramatic double-height living space forms the heart of the home, where generous glazing floods the interiors with natural light and frames panoramic urban vistas. Light surfaces, textured finishes, and minimal detailing create a calm and balanced interior environment, while bespoke furnishings and integrated lighting enhance the sense of refinement throughout the residence.
The spatial height is accentuated by a unique architectural feature, part of the rooftop pool above is encased within the ceiling, allowing a glimpse of the water through a horizontal window positioned above the sofa.
This unexpected visual connection introduces a dynamic play of light and movement, subtly linking the living area with the rooftop level above.
